Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle paste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper to taste optional

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, chipotle paste, maple syrup, paprika, olive oil, salt, and optional cayenne pepper to a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Taste and add more chipotle paste for heat, yogurt to soften the heat, or maple syrup for sweetness. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until needed.

Notes

This is a creamy finishing sauce. Serve it after grilling rather than using it as a brush-on barbecue glaze.
