1 Solar Oven
1 Pot with lid
- 1 bunch Asparagus spears About 12-20 spears
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Set the solar oven out to preheat
Lay the asparagus out on a flat surface. Drizzle with the olive oil. Apply salt and pepper.
Place in pot with lid, and place into the Sun Oven. If you are using a GoSun oven, you can put asparagus directly into the cooking tube (without a pot).
You can tell when it's done by the tell-tale condensation building on the Sun Oven glass door.
