Crustless Solar Egg Quiche

- 1 cup Milk whole or 2%
- 3 Eggs at room temperature
- ¾ cup Gruyere cheese grated
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
Set Sun Oven out to preheat
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Gently heat the milk until just warm. About 5 minutes in the Sun Oven will do.
Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Divide mixture evenly into muffin pan. Place muffin pan in Sun Oven and bake in SO 25 to 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove from oven and let cool. Serve warm at room temperature.
